The Pattern Work is a 3-month 1:1 program for people who know they have a pattern and are ready to understand why it’s still running, and how to finally let it go.

Who is The Pattern Work for?

For anyone who can watch themselves fall into the pattern and still can’t get out.

You understand what’s happening. You can even see it coming. And it happens anyway.

For people who have thought more than once: “Not this again.”

In relationships, at work, in how you treat yourself. Always the same point.

For anyone who knows it’s time to be genuinely honest with themselves.

That’s not always easy. But you’re here because you know that validation alone won’t move you. You want real change.

Not the right fit for:

Active mental health crises, fresh trauma, or anyone who needs stabilization right now. In that case, I’m happy to support you through psychological counseling instead.

What has changed after 3 months:

→ You know exactly what’s happening in the moment the pattern kicks in. So you have a clear picture of the thought, the feeling, and the move you’re about to make.

→ The pattern doesn’t catch you off guard anymore. It loses its grip not because you’ve tried harder, but because something underneath it has changed.

→ You have something real to do in the moments that matter. Techniques that work when you’re stressed, when your body is already ahead of your brain, and the pattern is about to run.

→ You start making different choices. Small ones at first. And you notice they stick.

→ At some point you look back and realize the thing you kept doing, you haven’t done it in a while.

Why knowing the pattern isn't enough to stop it

Most people who come to me have already recognized the pattern. They can name it and have a rough idea of where it comes from. And yet it keeps running.
 
It’s because insight alone doesn’t change a nervous system.
 
Your body has been practicing this response for years, it learned to react a certain way because that once made sense. It won’t stop just because you now understand why. That’s why we work on two levels at once: what you think and believe, and what your body does automatically when the pattern kicks in. The thought level alone won’t hold. The body level alone won’t give you the understanding to navigate it consciously. Together, they create actual change, not just better coping.

What each Session contains:
The goal is not to make you feel better right away. The goal is that you start behaving differently, and at some point notice that both the pattern and the feeling that comes with it, have changed.
