Most people who come to me already have an idea of what needs to change. They just do not know how to get there.
I specialised in nervous system regulation to be able to work at the intersection of psychology and body-based practice, because I’ve experienced firsthand what shifts when you stop trying to think your way out of something and start working with your body instead.
I studied Clinical Psychology in the Netherlands, trained in yoga and meditation in Nepal and Indonesia, sat in ten days of silence in a Vipassana retreat, and worked with a children’s rights organisation in the Philippines. Each of these experiences deepened my conviction that real change rarely happens in the mind alone. The body holds what the mind already knows, and that’s where we start.
I work with people who are at a turning point. People who are leaving something behind, a relationship, a career, a version of themselves, and who need more than good advice to move forward. Together we work on what’s actually keeping you stuck and develop a roadmap for change.
