CONSUMER INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you as a consumer have booked a consultation, yoga lesson or workshop with me via email, telephone or my website, I would like to point out the following to you:
(1) The language available for concluding the contract is exclusively German. Translations only serve as explanations for our customers.
(2) The presentation of my consulting services/services/products on the website does not constitute a binding offer. Only the booking/order by you is a binding offer in accordance with Section 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB). If you accept this offer, I will send you a booking confirmation with an invoice by email. This brings the contractual status. From this point onwards the cancellation period of 14 days begins. For physical products, the period begins when you or a third party commissioned by you receives the goods.
(3) All prices stated are final prices including taxes. Shipping costs are added separately depending on the product.
(4) The consultation fee/purchase price is due immediately upon booking/ordering.
(5) The data required to process the contract between us is stored by me and is accessible to you at any time. In this respect, I refer to the regulation of the data protection declaration on my website https://lenasophierose.de/de/privacy-policy/
(6) As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the reasons below.
(7) You waive your right of cancellation if you expressly agreed when booking that we should or should begin carrying out the consultation/advice before the end of the cancellation period. The digital product should be delivered immediately.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMER
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
You do not have the right to cancel if, when making your booking, you expressly agreed that the service should begin before the end of the cancellation period. You have thereby effectively waived your right of withdrawal. I pointed this out to you before completing the purchase.
- Start of deadline for online products/booking of courses/booking of consultations/counseling
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded on the day on which you send me the signed purchase contract after successfully booking a consultation/counseling or meditation.
You have your own 14-day right of withdrawal for every booking/purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me:
Lena Sophie Rose
Saalfelderstr. 40
28215 Bremen
Email: lenasophierose11@gmail.com
inform you in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract (see information required for this at the end of the page). In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation is demonstrably absent before the cancellation period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you revoke this contract, I will repay you all payments that I have received from you no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you purchased the payment as a bank transfer, please send your account details again, as I only see part of your account details on the account statement.
