Building Inner Safety In this session, we work with resource-oriented techniques to anchor moments of safety in your body. You’ll learn proven self-regulation tools to help you stay grounded during moments of overwhelm. Together, we create a foundation of inner stability that you can return to whenever life feels too much.
Goal: Develop an inner anchor and experience initial regulation.
