Yoga is a holistic life philosophy and practice that comes from India and unites body, mind and soul. Through a combination of breathing techniques, postures and meditation, yoga promotes physical fitness, improves flexibility and strengthens muscles.
Not only does it give you physical strength, but it creates a space for self-reflection, mental clarity and relaxation. It has a calming effect on the nervous system and therefore helps to reduce stress and be in a balanced emotional state. Yoga offers a way to create inner balance and thus create a space in which you can discover and unfold your own potential.
The focus of the lessons I give is a combination of breathing exercises and yoga poses that create a deep connection between body and mind.

Start the week with Mindful Monday! Join us online every Monday for a slow Vinyasa flow to bring more mindfulness and serenity into your everyday life. With mindfulness elements such as meditation, conscious breathing and asanas, you can arrive on your mat and let go of everyday stress.
