Nervous System RESET combines psychological and body-based approaches from psychology, neuroscience, and somatic therapy to help you feel safe, calm, and connected again. It offers a holistic and accessible way to regulate your nervous system, break old patterns, and build real, healthy connections.

Session 1

Arrive & Understand

We begin by exploring your current experience of stress – physically, emotionally, and mentally. You’ll gain first insights into how your nervous system shows up in daily life and how states like hyperarousal, freeze, or chronic tension may have taken hold. Together, we create a safe space to slowly reconnect with your inner sensations.

Goal: Create orientation and better understand your internal states.  

Session 2

Building Inner Safety

In this session, we work with resource-oriented techniques to anchor moments of safety in your body. You’ll learn proven self-regulation tools to help you stay grounded during moments of overwhelm. Together, we create a foundation of inner stability that you can return to whenever life feels too much.

Goal: Develop an inner anchor and experience initial regulation.  

Session 3

Recognizing Old Patterns with Compassion

We explore which unconscious protective strategies you’ve developed – and what they might be trying to tell you. Rather than fighting them, we approach them with compassion. You’ll receive impulses on how to stay connected to yourself even in the face of old patterns.


Goal: Deepen self-awareness and cultivate more compassion for yourself.  

Session 4

Returning to Your Own Strength

What do you need to stay connected with yourself – even in everyday life? You’ll leave the process feeling empowered, equipped with clear tools and a renewed sense of trust in yourself.


Goal: Integration & strengthening of your self-confidence and self-efficacy.
